Thoughts On A Plane ~ Boise To Denver

  • It's pretty bad when you can't even keep your eyes open during take-off.
  • Are the flight attendants going to make it to me with the drink cart before I zonk out?
  • Why does Coca Cola taste different on an airplane?
  • Wow, that rainbow stripey design on the upholstery is just not pretty.
  • Did I do enough for Ray?
  • Oh crap! I forgot to turn off my cell phones.
  • How is my brother older than me, yet has no gray hair?
  • Dear bladder, please don't make me use the airplane lavatory.

You don't wanna know what I think when I am on an airplane. I should see if I can come up with a list LOL. And I totally agree with you on the airplane bathroom thing... ewwww! Hope you make it home ok. Call me and let me know!

Those sound just like some of the types of thoughts I've had on planes. Well, that and hoping nobody on the plane had SARS or TB, I mean cold germs. Because I always seem to pick up some kind of virus on plane trips. Ugh.

As for whether you did enough for your brother? You obeyed the Lord's prompting to go...and were able to minister to him in a tangible way and to let him know he is loved and cared for both as a brother and by the Lord. The rest is between he and the Lord.

I am so not used to the plane thing..haven't been on very many. But, I do know I don't want to go to the potty on one either.

I just got your email a little bit ago - we have been out all day doing last minute before school stuff and had a party for my husbands Grandma's. Sad - I can not meet ya! PLEASE PLEASE let me know the next time you are around!

I so do not like to use the potty on the plane - yuck.

Please know I am praying for your brother and safe travels for you tomorrow.

Just a quick AMEN to Becky's comment!
If the enemy throws darts of regret at you ...hold up your shield of faith, raise your (beautiful) voice and REJOICE for the opportunity you had and for what God's gonna do with it!!!
PS: about the gray hair: children give it to you. ;)

You did plenty for your bro. You were there. God does the rest. Now you rest.
